The Somatic Reset is a private 1:1 coaching experience designed for women who are curious about somatic work and want a gentle but meaningful place to begin.
This is not about fixing yourself or adding more strategies.
It is a space to slow down, listen more deeply to yourself, and begin understanding how your body, nervous system, emotions, and patterns are shaping how you move through this chapter of your life.
Together, we work with what is present in real time.

After the Four Sessions
Some women choose to continue into longer-term somatic coaching for deeper integration and support.
Others leave with greater clarity, self-awareness, and practical tools they can continue using in daily life.
