Somatic Coach for Women Navigating Life Transitions

When change hits like a wave, I help you reconnect with yourself and

move forward with clarity and ease

A quiet practice to reconnect with your body and centre.

Most of us only notice our bodies when discomfort shouts.

The Centring Pause helps you catch the quieter signals sooner.

You can meet change with calm presence and take your next steps from centre - not reactivity.

Hi, I’m Hollie Rottman, a somatic coach for high-achieving women in midlife who are ready to stop holding it all together at the cost of themselves.

I help you reconnect with your body, not through effort, but through awareness. This work is subtle but powerful. Over time, it shifts how you lead, speak to your kids, and relate to yourself.

Somatic coaching is about returning to the version of you the world asked you to override.

How We Do This Together

Somatic coaching helps you tune into what your body has been trying to say - often for years.

Together, we slow down and listen. You’ll begin to notice where stress and old patterns live in your system, and how to shift them at the root.

Through simple, tailored practices, you’ll build the capacity to lead with clarity, calm, and presence, especially in moments that used to leave you reactive or drained.

You’re self-aware, capable and still - something feels out of sync.

You’ve always been the one others count on. The one who doesn’t crack.  But now, you’re in a season of life that feels different.

  • A career change, or a quiet sense of doubt

  • A divorce, burnout, or a body asking you to slow down

  • A new phase of life and no clear map for how to meet it

On the outside, you’re still holding it together. But inside, something is starting to crack open. You  may be asking yourself:

  • “How long can I keep this up?”

  • “Why doesn’t this feel like me anymore?”

  • “Is anyone really seeing what I’m carrying?”

This isn’t just burnout. This is a threshold into something new.

Your body is telling you it’s time to live differently, to shift from exhaustion to aliveness.  You don’t need to push harder.  You need space to hear yourself again.

Start with my  gentle check-in.

I help women reclaim their energy and well-being while amplifying impact during the biggest career and life transitions.
