​Who This Work Is For

 

I work with women who are in the middle of real change and want to trust themselves more deeply.

​

Sometimes it is a big life shift, like a move, a loss, or a career change. Other times it is a quieter inner turning point, like the one I experienced after becoming a mother.

 

My clients are capable and used to holding a lot, but they are tired of pushing and keeping it all together. Many feel alone in their transition and struggle with self-doubt and overwhelm.
