How is this different from therapy?
We focus on present-moment embodiment and practice towards a future goal. We integrate IFS-informed coaching and somatic tools to create change through the body, with optional breathwork to support regulation.
What if I am close to burnout?
We go gently. We pace the work and prioritise nervous system safety, energy, and daily supports.
Can my employer sponsor this?
Yes. Many HR and People teams fund leadership wellbeing. Ask for the employer-sponsored invoice.
